Returns Policy

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any marks, tears, or damage. 2. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Return the book(s) using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong book shipped, defective product). Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange accordingly. 3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The gift of giving is aways lovely but much like accepting a 'gift' (bribe) from a sibling, gift cards have terms and conditions. So please read them below and if you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to us. 1. Expiration Date: All gift cards expire 36 months from the date of activation. 1a. Date of activation is the date of issue 2. Paying with a Gift Card: You may pay in person or online with a gift card for any purchase so long as the card has a minimum balance of $0.01. If the purchase is more than the balance of the gift card then the remaining difference is to be paid in any other accepted method (we do not accept interpretive dance as payment). Should the purchase be less than the balance of the gift card the remaining balance will be stored on the card for future use no change in cash will be given. 3, Refunds or Cash Exchange Gift cards are Non-refundable nor can any part of the balance be exchanged for cash. No change in cash will be given. 4. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards If you should lose or damage your gift cards. We will not replace it. (An epic quest to retrieve it may be recommended) 5. Fees and charges We do not charge any additional fees for the purchasing or use of gift cards (aside from the actual purchasing of the balance)
